The volunteer program at Melton Health is aimed at assisting with patient flow through the building and educating the public by providing information and practical customer service assistance in the main foyer of Melton Health.

Volunteers are trained in the use of the automated queuing system and assist patients in registering their attendance at Melton Health, as well as directing them to the waiting area or amenities.

Volunteers are needed during the core hours the service is operating from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
