The Day Rehabilitation Program at Melton Health will service those patients who require management of their neurological conditions, serious orthopaedic conditions or any serious injury that requires an intensive period of supervised rehabilitation to return the patient to better function and quality of life. Some of the conditions covered by this program would include strokes, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal surgery and movement disorders.

A large therapy area is available to manage the patient in both a group and on an individual basis, with a team comprising of Nursing staff, Physiotherapists, a speech Pathologist and Occupational therapist.

Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
