| Service Description | The Duty System is the first point of contact for people enquiring about counselling services or issues. Four mornings per week, callers by telephone or in person, can receive:
Duty calls to our Bacchus Marsh Community Health site are referred back through the Melton Community Health Centre, although appointments can be booked for counselling in Bacchus Marsh Community Health Centre. |
| Eligibility | All residents of Melton and Moorabool Shires, including those that work or attend school in Melton or Moorabool. |
| Access hours | 9.00am – 1200noon Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays. |
| Referral process | Self referral or from General Practitioner or other health professionals. |
