Service Description |
Transport provided by volunteers with priority given to clients who need to attend health appointments. |

Frail, aged and disabled. |

Access hours |
Office open Monday - Friday 9.00am – 5:30pm Volunteer hours Monday- Friday 9.00am – 3.00pm (Appointments outside these hours can be made by prior arrangement with coordinator) |

Referral process |
Self-referral, inter-agency or medical referral. |

Cost to client |
A suggested donation of 40 cents per kilometre reimbursed to the volunteer for out of pocket expenses; or, not less than what it would cost for public transport including taxi if required. |
