Making Sure You Are Safe
All people who need some help with improving their health – whether it be entering hospital for an operation, attending an outpatient clinic, being visited by one of our domiciliary nurses at home, having a baby or receiving an allied health service at one of our community health centres - need to know that they are in safe hands. Although not all risk can be eliminated, there are many things a health services can do to reduce risk to ensure there is a safe service delivery to the patients, residents and clients in our care.
