Every year, in our Quality of Care Report, we like to present one of our programs, which has made a significant improvement to the services we offer to the community. Many people in the community do not realise the extent of services provided by a health care organisation, often thinking they are mainly hospital based.   However, Djerriwarrh Health Services runs many programs, which are managed out of our Community Health Centres. This year we present one of these programs – Health Promotion. There is no doubt, during the past twelve months,  that this program  has tackled some major issues concerning the health and well being of the people living in our community.
