Our Commitment to you
The Board, Management and Staff of Djerriwarrh Health Services are totally committed to our Mission, Vision and Value Statement which underpins the whole structure of the organisation. Two of the key objectives of the organisation in this Statement are:
‘to promote core clinical services and to consider further enhancements in response to identified and evaluated community needs’
‘to develop a quality based patient/client care system, which adheres to the principles of continuous improvement’.
In order to achieve these objectives, the organisation is continually striving to identify where improvements can be made, and put in place actions to make these improvements, so that we can meet the expectations of you – our Community.
We are proud, therefore, to introduce our Quality of Care Report for the year 2005 – 2006 which outlines the progress the organisation has made to further meet the needs of our community, together with some of the future plans. This report has proved very popular in the last few years and many favourable comments have been received. This year the report will be circulated, as it has been in the past, to people attending our Annual General Meeting, to all prospective new employees, as well as being circulated widely throughout the community into doctors’ surgeries, Shire Offices, waiting rooms in DjHS as well as on our website. It is also available to anyone who requests a copy.
