Within a Harm Minimaization frameworks, provide assessment, support and case management to young people in their own wnvironment where appropriate support may include: -General information on substances -Develop harm reduction strategies -Develop Relapse prevention plan -Facilitated referral to withdrawal, rehabilitation and other specialists services -Court diversion program |

Bacchus Marsh: Tuesday-Friday 9.00am – 3.00pm Ballarat Mon – Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm If client in crisis- counsellors can visit any day of the week |
