Service Description

Pinarc is a community –based organisation providing social services to local people. Our people are specialists in their field-working with people who have developmental concerns or complex disabilities and their families. Our service responds to the needs of babies, children, teenagers, adults and their families. We regard people with a disability, their families and cares, as equal and valued members of the community and these values are enshrined in our mission and vision. Pinarc promotes this inclusion and acceptance in the wider community. Some of our services are centred in Ballarat. Others extend further into the Grampians Region in Victoria.

Pinarc receives government and community funding for its work and is supported by a network of volunteers and donors.

Access hours

9.00am –5.00pm Monday-Friday.

Referral process

By e-referral. Anyone can make a electronic referral as long as the family has given its consent. E-referrals are lodged through the connecting Care web site used by community services throughout Victoria.

Cost to client

Some programs may attract a minimal fee.
