| Service Description | Safety Link provides a personal response service for people who spend time alone (or with a frail partner). There are two components of the Safety Link system: The personal pendant, which is a lightweight, water-resistant, alarm button that can be worn discreetly The Alarm Unit, which plugs into the existing telephone system and is powered by mains electricity. It also has a battery back-up system in case of power failure. |

| Referral process | Referred by Medical Officer, Nursing staff, Allied health and family. |
| Cost to client | $132 for installation, $27.50 per month for services. |
