Service Description

Visiting psychiatrist and psychiatric nurse who provide outreach services to Melton community for people with mental illness. Melton residents contact the 24-hour service and request appointments at the Melton outreach service on either Tuesdays or Thursdays.

Eligibility

All residents of Melton local government area.

Access hours

24 hour service

Melton Tuesday and Thursday only 9.30am –5.00pm.

Referral process

Self-referral, health professionals and other agencies referrals accepted.
