Service Description

Provides support services for people from all cultural backgrounds who are aged, frail or disabled. Provides support for their carers. Assists people to become more independent at home, so they may continue to live in the community. The range of support includes: Home care, personal assistance, personal care, respite care, adult day support service (ADASS) delivered meals and home maintenance service.

Aged, frail or disabled.

Access hours

8.30am – 5.00pm daily.

Referral process

Referred by Medical Officer, Nursing staff or Allied Health.

Cost to client

Some minimal fees apply.
