Service Description

Advice and consultation by appointment for pre and post-operative breast cancer surgery. Information on breast prostheses, lymphoedema and breast cancer available.

Advice, counselling and support to a woman, her family and carers through the journey or breast cancer. This includes appropriate referrals and information, support and palliative care.

Eligibility

All residents of Melton and Moorabool Shires.

By appointment only. Enquiries can be made at any time.

Referral process

Self-referral or from a General Practitioner or Medical Specialist, any health care provider including other hospital BCN’S.
