Service Description

To provide holistic care in line with the best practice for all patients admitted to the Detoxification Unit.

Eligibility

All people requiring public hospital care under the Medicare Agreement or private patients. All patients must be admitted by a Medical Officer, with detoxification admitting rights to Djerriwarrh Health Services.

People with complex medical and/or psychiatric diagnoses are ineligible for admission to the unit.

Access hours

24 hours.

Referred by Medical Practitioner, with detoxification admitting rights. Dr Sooknandan, book double appointment. 5367 3333
