The local Bacchus Marsh cycling group are undertaking their annual ride to raise funds and awareness of mental health this year on the weekend of April 17th & 18th.
The money raised will be donated to Djerriwarrh Health Services, Mental Health Department.
Touched by the death of a friend, the group decided they wanted to help get support services for local people suffering with a mental illness. With this in mind, they were able to raise over $5,000.00 last year and are hoping to increase that amount this year.
This years ride will be from Bacchus Marsh to Bendigo and return.
All cash donations will be greatly appreciated and donations over $2.00 can be receipted for taxation purposes.
