Complaints DjHS
Djerriwarrh Health Services treat all complaints received very seriously as we feel these do show us where the gaps are in providing quality care to our patients, residents and clients. Whenever we receive a complaint, the Chief Executive appoints an investigating officer with the objective of replying to the person who made the complaint within seven days of the complaint being made.
