The Board provides the Health Service with strategic and corporate governance. The Board, in overseeing its corporate governance role receives performance indicators against Key Result areas and objectives.  While the Board sets the strategic directions, it delegates the day to day management of the Health service to the Chief Executive and the executive team. Service delivery and administered by highly trained and skilled healthcare professionals, along with appropriately trained staff
